We understand that pricing is important to you, which is why we strive to keep our prices low. We know other e-commerce businesses will violate manufacturer’s pricing policies and try to undercut the market. However, we want to EARN your business, which is why we offer a Best Price Guarantee:

1. If you find a lower price from another U.S. based retailer for the same SKU or part number, send us the link.
2. If you are quoted a lower price via email, forward us the message.
3. If you are quoted a lower price via a forum message or Facebook private message, take a screenshot and send us the message.

If we confirm the same exact part is being offered somewhere else at a lower price, we will match the price to EARN your business. The part being price matched must be in-stock at the vendor that we are price matching. If we are not able to match the lower price, we’ll let you know and give you a $10 store credit for any future purchase at ViVA Performance (limit 1 credit per customer).

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to eBay auction listings, as many eBay sellers don’t allow for returns nor can we guarantee they are selling “new” items. From our experience, eBay sellers try to move “scratch and dent” goods at reduced prices. Domestically, we can ship pallets via ground LTL freight or air freight for larger/heavier shipments. Internationally, we can ship pallets via ground or air freight.

We’re so confident with the quality of the items in our Online Catalog; if you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from us, you may return it within 120 days of the order date for a refund of the product’s selling price.
